Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of delivering your package to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to any address in the US Mainland. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

We always ship for free however there are few exceptions. When shipping by freight/ expensive options, we only cover upto 400$ in shipping cost. The rest has to be taken care of by the buyer.

*** Free shipping to a COMMERCIAL ADDRESS ONLY (Lower Continental 48 States). Please contact us for residential delivery surcharge. Fees may be applied to Commercial locations with Limited Access.  Shipping insurance and lift gate charges are not included in purchase. Pricing on insurance and lift gate varies depending on size, weight, and value of the item.  We advise all shipments to be covered with insurance. To get a quote for residential delivery, insurance, limited access, or lift gate, please contact us.  Be certain you want the item before making an offer.  If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know so that we may better assist your needs.   • All used equipment will be shipped as described
  • Always inspect all freight items for damage BEFORE accepting them from the shipper
  • If a shipment is accepted before inspection and it is damaged, it is not our responsibility to file a claim.
  • You are advised to have insurance on all shipments in the event that a claim is filed due to damage.
  • All equipment is guaranteed, in stated working condition, for 14 days, from delivery date. If any issues, they must be reported within this period.
  • A 15% re-stocking fee will apply to all returns
  • Refunds will be made by PayPal, credit card, or company check, at our discretion

Our used products do not come with any warranty/ return options after the 14 days period. They are sold as-is.
